Informing about the results and the surveillance is just as critical as the surveillance itself. NineWaves has developed several standard reports that are customizable for the company. Furthermore a report tool is available for creating more individualized reports or exporting data from In'Sync. Here are a few examples of reports adapted different recipients. |

A general view of the condition of the IT-system. It is possible to see the availability or our unique general condition, which is adjusted to the individual computer or server. The general condition is a more accurate measure of the condition of the IT-system then the availability because it takes long replay times, usage and free resources into account. It is possible to select the whole system or a part of is (i.e. all external servers) one specific server, one component (like the SQL server application) or a single measure. The report is configured to compare the current month with the last month and the month before that plus last year overall. |

Comparing clients. With help form our unique general condition it is possible to compare servers and clients regardless of hardware specifications, usage, software and so on. The shown example compares clients for a planning tool. The graph shows the same measurement from each of the clients. |
