Technical description
We offer more then 100 different measurements including measurement for applications like Exchange, IIS, SQL-server, Oracle, VMWare.
The measurements continually examine different aspects of the server and the installed software.
The default thresholds of the measures are based on extensive knowledge in the field, and they can easily be adjusted to the needs and requirements of the company.
Server monitoring has many aspects:
Standard measurements - Like free disk space (so the individual software applications run optimally), free memory, CPU load, disc fragmentation and many others.
These measurements are interesting for all companies.
Dynamic measurements - This is measurements that are not general.
This can be a certain process, number of mails sent and received.
These are very company specific measurements, and In'Sync has tools that can monitor these special measurements.
Adjusted measurements - Measurements where the thresholds weary from server to server.
Examples are surveillance of memory usages for a single process, and disc activity.
The difference between adjusted measurements and standard measurements is that adjusted measurements learn the behavior of the servers and adjust to it.
Notifying - The "snitch" of the system.
It is important when informing about problems as fast as possible.
We support notifying about errors via E-mail, SMS (without installing hardware), Matrix-printers and possibility of integration with an external program (external database or hotline system).
Remote surveillance - Is important for companies with several locations.
Servers in different regions or countries (regional offices/customers) can be monitored on a central server. Only requirement is an internet connection.
We have developed a communication module that is simple to use and perfectly integrated in the system.
The only limit to the use of In'Sync is your imagination.
If you have a specific problem, or would like a surveillance system press here.
